PAYMENT
Initial payment is 25% of the total due, with the balance payable 2 months before your start date. If your start date falls within 2 months then make the initial 25% deposit payment at time of booking and we’ll contact you to collect the final payment before confirming your booking. We accept payment only by Credit/Debit Card (via PayPal). When paying online, you will be taken to the secure PayPal site to enter your card details. Authorisation is handled directly by PayPal and we will never see or record your card details.
We will contact you when your balance payment is due.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Bookings made via this site must be confirmed. Your booking is not complete until it has been confirmed. You will initially receive a booking receipt email followed by a booking confirmation email once your booking is confirmed.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in is from 1:00pm on your day of arrival. Check-out is 10:00am latest on your day of departure. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate earlier check-in or later check-out as we need to prepare the villa for the next guests.
INSURANCE
You are strongly advised to take out travel insurance to cover all aspects of your holiday as the owner cannot be held responsible for travel problems, injury or loss of personal possessions.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If you need to cancel your reservation, we must receive notification from the person who made the booking. Cancellations made more than two calendar months before the start of your holiday will be refunded in full, subject to a 10% administration fee. Cancellations made after that date depend on whether we are able to re-let the property at short notice. In this case, we reserve the right to not refund cancellations made within the final two months but we will consider requests on a case by case basis.
In the event of international COVID travel restrictions, a full refund will be applied.
You are strongly advised to take out insurance to cover every aspect of your holiday. If you have had to cancel your reservation, we will provide confirmation of all your payments for your insurance company.
